About:Shangri-La Weather

I plan to go to Shangri-la & Potatso national park at the end of November (22 or 23).

Will it be too cold? The autumn leaves will have gone by then, right?

Hey, it shall get cold in the mentioned places and the lowest temp may fall to -6C in the national park. By then the foliage will have gone, so there is not much to see.
