group tour

Question

We are 10 family and friends doing a group tour in Nov. I plan on applying for 6 applications (the others already have (or will later apply for) their visas. Our travel agent provided me with an itinerary for all 10 of us.  I will be applying for my wife and me, a family friend, and 3 sons (one of whom is a minor).  Is it possible to package our applications and provide one itinerary with all our names listed? Or do I need to make copies of the same itinerary for each application traveling in the group?   Also, I am told that all I need for my minor son (14 yrs) is a copy of his birth certificate with his application.  Is this correct?Thanks for your guidance.Jym

Jym, you need to make copies of the same itinerary for each application if you don’t apply for group tourist L type. Usually, you need to provide birth certificate of your minor son.
