About:Year of the Rooster

DOB 21st June 1981 (12Noon) When can i enter married life?

I have been into 3 long relationships in my entire life. The last one is almost 9yrs. I am quite having strong personality and getting hitched is my last priority due to my family responsibilities. Nowadays, i am quite curious, if when could i get rightfully settled, mentally and emotionally ready.

I just recently broke up actually. And i feel so low that once again another long relationship of mine ends.
