24 hour visa on arrival for indian passport

I am an Indian passport holder. I am travelling from New Zealand to Delhi. Transit time at Beijing is 19 hours. Can I get a visa for 24 hours on arrival to do some sightseeing

Sav, yes, you are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit in Beijing. You just need to apply for a temporary stay permit at the immigration office after arriving at the airport. And then you can go to the city for a visit.
