About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Can I take the 72 hours twice ?

I am planning a visit from the Uk to Vietnam with a 72 hours stop in Beijing on the way. However, i am also planning another 72 hours in Shanghai coming from Vietnam on the way to the UK. Is that within the rules.
