Hi. My husband is a Kenyan citizen but we live in Tianjin, China. I am a US citizen. I don't need a visa as a US citizen, correct? Since my husband does have a Chinese residence permit for foreigners, does he need an entry permit or not? We plan on staying in Macau for a few days.
