No direct shuttle is available, and I suggest you take metro. You could take line 7 at Beijing West Train Station and get off at Caishikou. Then transfer to metro line 4 and get off at Beijing South Train Station. It's very convenient and fast.
The taxi costs about CNY30 by the way.1
