Troubles at work: I am born 29 March 1971 in London.

Hi, I hope you are well. I am having some trouble with my boss at work, things look as though they are going to get difficult over the next couple of months as I made a complaint, and I'd like to work hard and get ahead, but I also want to stop my boss from being such an awful person. Do you have any ideas on how to make my future path smoother and successful? Thank you.

Well, it's suggested to maintain a peaceful reationship with your boss and avoid head-on confrontations. Or you could make suggestions to your boss in a private and polite way instead of complaining. If you could do this your career in this year and 2018 would be smooth and promising.
