Hong Kong SARS passport renewal in Seattle, USA
My Hong Kong SARS passport has expired, and I'm a U.S Green Card holder. I would like to renewal my SARS passport. I did some research on how to renew it in the U.S , and I got confused.
If I hand in the application to the China Consulate in San Francisco, do I have to pick the new passport up in person too?
Please help! Thanks in advance!
