Dear sir/madam,
what should I do to renew my SARS passport in NEW ZEALAND ?

You should first prepare the relevant documents: your passport and its copy, the application form, 3 passport-style photos, your residence permit or visa in New Zealand, and your ID Card, as well as other documents the consular officers consider necessary.
Next, submit the application to the embassy of China to renew your passport.
