It is hard to tell the exact information, but the possibility of typhoon will be lower by then. Do check the weather report in advance. And it may rain frequently by the way. Personally, it is best to visit during Mar. - May, Dec.  - next Feb. when the temperature can be more comfortable, and the rainfall will be relatively less.
