I have my work permit cancelled, but since I am fly out of China immediately, I cannot submit my passport for Resident Permit cancellation. I know Resident Permit is invalid once work permit is cancelled.
Next time when I want to come to China, can I just apply for a new tourist L?
Will there be any problem?
