Can i visit hotspring nearest harbin or yabuli ski resort?

what day start snow festival in harbin 2018?

Yabuli Yuanmao Folk Hotspring Resort is about 3km from Yabuli Ski Resort. The Harbin Snow Festival usually starts on Jan. 5 anually and the trial operation starts in late Dec. which should be the same in 2018.
