passport for zim citizens in vietnam

I am Zimbabwean citizen living in Vietnam we don't have an embassy here can I apply for my passport in PRC instead?

Chenge, if you want to apply for a Chinese visa, you cannot make the application from mainland China. It's possible for you to do that at the China embassy in Vietnam. You can give it a try!
