It is ok that the flooring of living room is half step higher than the dinning area? Thank you

Yes, it's ok. The living room should be the center of your house so it's ok to have a higher floor.

Hi, this is not an auspicious sign according to Fengshui. You should make floor of the entrance at least the same height as your living room.
