Night Train

I would like to book overnight train with soft sleeper from Kunming to Lijiang (Return trip) in winter (End of December).

Is the bed or the room on the train provide heating system such as heater or electric blanket?

Air-conditioning is equiped on trains, so it won't be cold. Don't worry!
