I will arrive to Guilin on October 11. Can I take a bamboo boat trip from Bamboo River Wharf or Millstone Wharf at this time of the year?How can I get there from GL bus station?

Yes, you can still enjoy the bamboo boat trip now. As I know, there is no bus available from GL city to the wharf, you are suggested to hire a local car and you can share the fare with other visitors. It may cost CNY 80-100.
