About:Beijing - Moscow Trains: K3/ K4

Stop in each Station if travel on K3

Ticket purchase from China to Moscow, can I stop a few days in selected stations before proceed with my journey to Moscow?

I heard it is possible to get off during the way and board again at later days by paying an extra fee for sleeper bed. But I am not clear if you can board K3 only which means you have to wait for a whole week at one stop or other rides as well.
