About:Shanghai Disneyland Park

Is Shanghai Disneyland going to be crowded on a December monday or Tuesday?

And should everyone bring passports or just the person who's buying the tickets?

No, there won’t be many people at that time, since most people will go there during holidays or weekends. And you only need to show the passport when purchasing the entrance ticket.
