About:Badaling Great Wall

How can I reach Badaling Great Wall from King's Joy Hotel

Hi, I will be staying at King's Joy Hotel at Meishi Street No. 81 , Xicheng. Which kind of transportation that you prefer we take to reach Badaling? and from which station?
Is it possible if we want to visit the wall and Mings Tombs for a one day trip?

and its also stated that there will be 50% off discount for the ticket fare. Does it implied for the ticket for the wall or the bus 877 ticket? Thank you again!

First of all, you can walk north around 870 meters and take metro line 2 to Jishuitan Station, Exit C.
Then walk east around 750 meters to get to Deshengmen Bus Stop. After arriving, you are suggested to take bus no.877 and get off at close to the pulley car lower station and about 10 minutes' walk to the entrance. The bus takes around an hour with the ticket fare of CNY 12 per person. The 50% off only implied for the ticket fare of bus no.877.

In addition, it is advised to spend two days to tour around the Great Wall and Ming Tombs. One day is too tight to tour around.
