Simatai and Gubei Water Town

Hello! In the end of August I'll visit the Great Wall.
I'm wondering what is the best time of the day to see the Great Wall scenery and also Water Town?
Maybe in the early morning or in the night?

Well, you are advised to arrive there one day in advance, so that you can enjoy the sunrise of the Great Wall, and it will also be cool to climb the wall in the morning.
