Please advise of any good and reasonable price food places near Mission Hills Golf Resort and what is the cheapest way to get there and return?

You can go to Pizza Hut; take bus K2/K3 and get off at Languifang, then walk north along Yangshan Avenue for about 5 minutes and turn left at first crossing. Walk for another 5 minutes, you will see it.
If you want to go back, go to the same station in the opposite to take the bus.
