About:Chinese Embassy in Luxembourg

I am workin in Luxemburg but living in Germany. Can i get my Visa in Luxemburg?

I want to travel with my wife for 10 days in Beijing and Shanghai.Living in Germany, working in Luxemburg. Can I get the travel L type in Chinese Embassy in Luxemburg? Tanks for quick response.
