Hi. I want to ask about the details of tv tower, Is the second sphere is located at upper sphere or lower sphere? Could you provide some information? Thanks.

Actually, there are three main spheres of the tower and other eight smaller ones. I guess you were asking the second main sphere which includes a revolving restaurant, right? Then it also provides 259m transpapent observatory and 262 sightseeing floor.
