how much time i need to visit TV tower all spheres and museum plus SWFC in Shanghai?

i have time from 9am to 6pm

Oh, you have enough time. Don't worry.
In general, 3 to 4 hours are enough for you tour around Oriental Pearl TV Tower and the museum.
Then 2 hours are needed to visit SWFC.
