transport to astor house hotel from pudong airport in late evening

Question

I am travelling from Canada to Shanghai in Nov 17. Thinking of booking Astor House Hotel in bund area for 2 nights. How is the transport from Pudong airport to the hotel. My flight lands at 7.30 pm. So it may be around 10 pm by the time I am out of the airport keeping in view delays, etc. How much for the taxi; and is it easy to get reliable taxi at this hour. If public transport, would it be feasible with two suitcases that I may be carrying. Thanks for help,

Upon arrival, you are about 3 kilometers away from your hotel, so you can take a taxi to your hotel at a cost of around CNY14. The airport shuttle bus can hold your baggage.2. It is easy to get the reliable taxi at that time from the airport. The taxi fare may be around CNY160-180.
