Transport to Astor House Hotel from Pudong Airport in late evening

I am travelling from Canada to Shanghai in Nov 17. Thinking of booking Astor House Hotel in bund area for 2 nights. How is the transport from Pudong airport to the hotel. My flight lands at 7.30 pm. So it may be around 10 pm by the time I am out of the airport keeping in view delays, etc. How much for the taxi; and is it easy to get reliable taxi at this hour. If public transport, would it be feasible with two suitcases that I may be carrying. Thanks for help,
