About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Hi, i am traveling to Lisbon from Sydney and I have 2 hours to go from T3 to T2 at PEK.

I'm traveling in different airlines and i have luggage, do I need to go through border control? Will I have time to do all this operation?

All the procedures are as follow: Flight arrival- transfer procedures-border inspection-security check-custom inspection-waiting & boarding.
