Please help. I could really use assistance/advice

Hello I am hoping to take the following itinerary to Huangshan. This is my first trip to China so I am quite nervous. I also only have time for one overnight stay.

Take the bullet train from Shanghai to HS North, arriving at 13:15 in the afternoon.
Find a taxi to take me to the cable car on the south side of the mountain.
Take the cable car up the mountain. Watch the sunset
Spend the night in a hotel (will need to locate a hotel
Watch the sunrise and enjoy hopefully enjoy the clouds
Hike down, catch a taxi and head back to HS North train station to catch the 18:07 train back to Shanghai.

I would love if someone could tell me where to take the taxi to, and recommend where I can stay on the mountain. And let me know if this is a reasonable amount of time to spend. I am new to traveling.
