short holiday visa to hong kong

i have ethiopian passport and live in ethiopia. my husband US citizen is traveling to hong kong for meeting and i wanted to him there where can i apply for visa and how long will it take??

Usually, it takes four working days to process the application. If your application will be posted to HK immigration department by the embassy, it takes 4 to 6 weeks for the processing.

Thank you but how often does that happen? being sent to immigration b.c i need it in short notice until 20 august
