Hi there, it there a bus/vehicle travel directly from Bao An Int'l Airport to Kaiping?

No, no direct transportation is available.
You are suggested to take a taxi to Bao’an Bus Station first, which may cost CNY45-55.
Then take a long distance bus to Kaiping, which is available at 7:45, 8:55, 12:20, 14:50 and 16:30.
