Good Morning, do they need a visa for hong kong?

do they need a visa for hong kong? we will participate in the junior golf championship that should be held on Hong Kong at the end of August
the participants have american and french passports.

Rania, both American and French passport holders can enjoy free entry to HK for a stay of not more than 90 days respectively, so no visa will be needed.
