authentication issues

Question

HelloU just returned to South Korea after going to the US for 2 weeks and I was able to do all steps of my documents for a z type except for the Chinese Embassy authentication process. Can I get this last step done here in South Korea at an Chinese Embassy and then pay for express service for the z type? I'm rushing this because its the only way for me to bring my dog to China. Any help would be great.
