About:China Visa Application Requirements

I will be applying for "X1 Type" from INDIA. What is "Physical examination record for foreigner" ?

I will be going to China for my PhD studies. I have collected the following documents for my VISA application:
1. Admission notice
2. JW201
3. Passport
4. Blood test reports
In addition, I am told to submit a "Physical examination record for foreigner". But I have no idea about this. Can anyone guide me for the same. Where can I find the details ?

Physical examination record for foreigner refers to a medical report. You can go to the designated hospital in India to do physical examination and then you can get the physical examination record.

Can the Physical examination be done at the Government hospital? They do provide a general medical fitness certificate. Is that enough or we need anything else?
