About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Have been out of China for 8 months on a 2 year residence permit.

Hi, I have a 2 year multi entry residence permit (my wife is Chinese) and I have been out of China of 8 months, is there any problem with me returning after such a long time outside? The expiration date on the residence permit is December 2018.

Paul, as long as the residence permit is still valid, I don’t think it will have any problems.
