About:China Visa

Holder of a Lebanese passport and looking to visit Hong Kong for tourism.

On the Chinese embassy website it says that I need an "invitation letter" from China. Seeing as I am going for tourism and do not know anyone in china what should be submitted.
Also on the website it does not say how to get appointment or how long it will take to get visa.

Roula, if you want to apply for a visa for HK, no invitation letter is required. But the consular officers may require a sponsor fro the application. Usually, it takes four weeks for the processing.
