About:China Visa on Arrival

Is the visa on arrival also available if I go to Guangzhou?

We are French Citizens holding HKID. We would like to travel to Guangzhou via Shenzhen by train and then take another train to Guangzhou. Can we use the 5 day VOA for that?

No. You are not allowed to visit Guangzhou under Shenzhen VOA.
