About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

am I Ok with the 72hours free transit?

Hello, I do have Italian passport and will be travelling USA- Singapore- Beijing- Hong Kong. May I apply for the 72 hour free transit when arriving to Beijing?
My plan is stay in Beijing probably 2 days only.
