Hi! I'm a foreign student in china and I want to go to HK as a tourist. I'm a Pakistani. So, do I need to apply for visa? If I need then, what's the procedure?

Yes, you need one. First, you need to provide copy of passport, the application form affixed with a passport-style photo, residence permit in China, proof of your financial support, transportation and accommodation arrangement, and your travel plan as well as other documents the consular officers consider necessary. Then, submit the application to the relevant office in China or post it to HK immigration department directly.
