About:Chengdu Travel

Chengdu E Mei Shan and Leshan

I need advise that if we were to join the local tours in the hotel for Leshan and Eri mei shan. How long do it usually take?
A day or 2?
Is early Nov too cold to travel to Er Mei Shan? Do we need to do some walking before we reach the Temple (Top)?
Is it difficult for an elderly to travel this trip?
Alternative, what is the best time to travel to Er Mei Shan?

1. Generally, it will take 2 days.
2. The temperature may range from 25F to 50F in early November, and the top of the mountain will be much colder.
3. Yes, you still need to walk a bit before you reach the temple.
4. It is okay for the elders visit there with the cable car.
5. Generally, winter will be a nice season to visit there because you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise and the Light of Buddha at this time. If you think the winter is too cold, you can also visit there in spring or fall.
