How do we get to Yangshuo from Gongcheng fast train station?

We will arrive in Gongcheng from Guangzhou on the fast train around 8:30pm in early November. Would there be a bus to YS at that time of the night? Is Gongcheng General Bus Station close to the train station? Can we walk there or should we take a taxi? If we take a taxi to YS how much would the fare be?
