how can i convert my s2 into x1?

I had applied for Medicine course in china (5+1) 1 year of Chinese language course and 5 years of Medicine as per my ADMISSION letter but now i had completed my language course after 5 months and my consultant is saying to go back and convert my visa from my home country but i am in doubt of being rejected and my whole year will get wasted and i have to apply again from next year so i really want to know that how to change my S2 in to X1 from China! Hoping for the best!!!

Arbab, you can try to convert your current S2 type to a student X1 type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can be done, you don't need to leave China for that.You should prepare the relevant documents including your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, valid registration form of temporary residence, admission letter and JW form from the school as well as the physical examination record. Then, submit the application to the local PSB.
