Maximum weight per Baggage size Shanghai to Hong Kong

I hear one can have maximum 2 baggages, is each supposed to be 20kg max or 10kg each = 20kg together?

The limit of a passenger's checked baggage is 20kg, meaning the total weight should be no more than 20kg. The hand luggage should be no more than 7kg and 20×40×55cm.
