Can I wear my diamond ring when enterring into China?

I always wear my diamond ring (over 1 carat solitaire and estimated US$15000). Do I need to declare when entering into China? I am going to travel there.

Yes, you need to declare to the China customs and you have to pay tax for it. The tax rate is 10%.
