New job and wealth in 2017

I am praveen (male) born on 1st December 1983. I am very frustrated in my current job, inspite of working hard and giving my devotion, I am not getting paid well. On the other hand, I am applying in other companies for a job. But I am not getting through. I am getting into depression and unable to manage the mental tension. Please advise will I succeed in getting a new job with good salary in 2017?
