About:Kunming Airport

From vancouver to kunming will have a 13hr layover

then we fly to chengdu for another 13hr layover can we avail the 72 visa free because we book a hotel on those layover and our final destination is cebu, philippines thank you

Well, I am afraid that you cannot enjoy the 72-hour visa free policy, so you need to apply for a visa for your trip.
