about chinese passport

Hello.I'm about to give birth next month.I am Filipina and my husband is a Chinese national who lives in China.What is the nationality of my child if my baby was born here in the Philippines.Can i get chinese passport for her in Chinese embassy here in the Philippines because we are planning to go back to China once i get her a chinese passport.What are the requirements and how long is the process?thank you

You should prepare a completed application form, and 2 passport-style photos, HK ID card, parents' residence permits and passports and the copies, your marriage certificate and the copy, birth certificate and fee receipt, relevant statements, as well as other documents the consular officers consider necessary.
