Can I buy a top up card for my stay in Guangzhou for 7 days ?

If you refer to the transportation card, then yes, and you can buy it at the subway stations or many 7-11 convenience stores. After purchasing it, you can enjoy some discounts when taking the public transportation. Hope helpful!
