About:China Consulate in Houston

i am going to Shenzhen from Hong Kong.

I am taking the train from Hong Kong into Shenzhen. I have no plane ticket nor hotel reservations. Can I apply the tourist L type for multiple entries without the plane ticket and hotel reservations?

If you can provide the invitation letter from China, you can do that then.
