Well, you are suggested to go to Fuzhou first. You can take a long distance bus from Yongchun Bus Station, which is available from 5:05 to 16:30.
Then take a taxi to Fuzhou Railway Station, where you can take a train to North WY Mountain, finally, you can take bus Mount. WY 7/9 to the mountain.
