Length of Stay issue

With a SG passport, can I apply business M type of 1 year multiple entry and stay up to 90 days per visit? After 90, how many days to stay out until next visit? Thank you

Yes, it's possible for you to get it from the CVASC in SG. There is no limit on how many days to stay until next visit, so you can enter without waiting.
